Nana Agyemang created Every Stylish Girl (ESG) in 2016, intending to highlight non-traditional career paths that Black women didn’t traditionally hold. Since its inception, the community has grown exponentially, shifting from an assembly of digital darlings to lavish in-person networking parties appropriately entitled Sip N’ Slay.

In this episode, we chat with Nana about her inspiration for creating ESG, what it takes to moderate and manage a digital community, how ESG has amplified her personal and professional brand and why influencers should consider increasing their rates.
