Description

Hello everyone and welcome back to the podcast! I took a little break because guess what I needed more of my creative energy for...ME! While I wasn't burned out per say, I have had my fair share of burnout.

Even empathic entrepreneurs who coach on alignment (ahem...that's me) can struggle with burnout.

It's really really common to hit rough patches in your business. Things that may have nothing to do with money and everything to do with your heart and spirit calling for a change. But what change?

In today's episode, I share my favorite 5 questions that I ask myself or my clients when burnout shows up. While these 5 things may not apply to you, they typically apply to 90% of entrepreneurs who hit burnout.

Overtime...if you stay in this space of burnout, your business will suffer and sometimes it's only a VERY SMALL CHANGE that will bring joy back into your business.

I hope you love today's episode and feel free to email me (hi@annalongstokes.com) or DM me on Instagram to share which questions guided you towards changes that you know you need to make.

And if you're looking for a multi-faceted business growth container to help you become a more aligned entrepreneur, check out my Aligned Entrepreneur 6 month business growth container.
