Circla takes on single-use plastics by delivering eco-friendly hair, body and skincare products to doorsteps in refillable containers. The past few months saw climate and coronavirus challenges combine, as founder Claudia explains.
Circla quickly expanded its business to include consumers alongside well as companies and adding stock to its online shop.
Business pivots introduced more work directly into communities, pilot initiatives that targeted new audiences, and the launching of self-help packages that looked after loyal customers. As Claudia says, it's important to stay positive.
When it comes to business banking, Claudia thinks she may spend a couple of days on admin a month. Accuracy and efficiency are essential, but can take a while to achieve - a banking system that increases accuracy, cuts time and captures all invoices would be a boon.
