Description
Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) is a financing structure in which owners borrow money for energy efficiency, renewable energy, or resiliency costs and make repayments as an assessment on their property tax bill. On most development projects, that can be a lot, up to 20-25% or more of your combine hard and soft costs.
