The California Attorney General and lawyers for Providence St. Jospeh, Eureka squared off in court today over the hospital’s commitment to provide emergency abortions services in accordance a court-ordered stipulation and California law. KMUD news host Sigur-Bjðrn spoke to reporter Ryan Hutson who was in court to follow proceedings.
