Call for Yelp! In the hustle and bustle of today's society customer service is deplorable and more importantly we have long forgotten that people matter. This is my personal experience with two Yelp representatives. Out of the 4 that I spoke with 3 of them hung up directly while I was communicating and without an amicable resolution. Special thanks to the Account Manager Rick for taking the time to value another human being. #loveinthefirst #peoplematter
