A federal judge on Monday dismissed the criminal cases against James Comey and Letitia James. The case was dismissed without prejudice, which means it is only dismissed temporarily. The Justice Department is expected to immediately appeal. The Department of War on Monday announced it is considering recalling Democrat Senator Mark Kelly for court-martial proceedings after he urged the military to defy President Trump’s orders. Judge Cameron McGowan Currie, a Clinton appointee, ruled that US Attorney Lindsey Halligan was invalidly appointed.
