This session explores how carbon pricing has worked successfully across the world and how those lessons apply to the evolving U.S. conversation. Dr. Danny Richter will highlight the emerging fourth generation of U.S. carbon policy, centered on border adjustments and bipartisan interest in leveraging America’s carbon efficiency.
