In this meditation we spend time considering the way God uses spoken Word to communicate, and also do some guided breath work. This Is also the first of a series in which we will be meditating on a single verse at a time. We will start, today, in the book of Genesis, and every new episode will be one verse from various books of the Bible.  

While this is the 12th episode, it is the beginning of a new "season", and we will be reading and ruminating on Genesis 2:7.
