Many of us have tried unsuccessfully to change a habit. Have you ever set a new year's resolution that, a week later, was all but a memory? Is there something you do (or don't do) that you would like to change right now, but don't know how to make it happen? Change can be difficult, as it takes us out of our comfort zone. HOWEVER CHANGE IS NECESSARY!!!!1
