In conjunction with Canadian Mental Health Association, Community Helpers is offering Virtual Presentations and Discussions 


Please email yvonne.law@banff.ca to register for any of these sessions.   Free to anyone 18+ in the Bow Valley and all sessions will be one hour in length.


 


Tuesday, May 4th  at 6:00 pm: Discussion about suicide awareness- what warning signs to look for if someone is suicidal, as well how you can help someone experiencing thoughts of suicide. Community and Provincial resources will be discussed.


 


Wednesday, May 5th at 2:00 pm- Is COVID taking its toll on your mental wellness? Presentation will overview what we can do to support ourselves and others while we are waiting for the Pandemic to be over.


 


Thursday, May 6th  at 6:00 pmLet’s talk free courses and community and provincial resources to support you, your friends, your family, and your co-workers now and in the future.
