In this episode I have a discussion with my daughter J about the way parents discipline kids and show favoritism.You don’t want kids to be shameful because that can be damaging to the child’s self esteem and mindset when it comes to failing. You want them correct the behaviors.As parents we want our kids to understand the errors in certain behaviors and actions and maybe even feel a little guilty for their actions but not shameful.
