Description

My biggest trial in leading, is ME.

  1. I question my value.
    1. Quote by Rita May Brown: “Lead me not into temptations; I can find the way myself”

    2. I either question why am I doing this job?

    3. Or, I question why I am not doing more.

    4. I over analyze everything.

  2. I hide from my problems.
    1. I hide because I don’t trust

    2. I hide because of fear

    3. When I try to do life on my own.

  3. I need to let go
    1. Rich Mullins said, “I can’t see how your leading me unless you’ve led me here, where I’m lost enough to let myself be led."

    2. All of the great leaders in the Bible started being great once they let go.

    3. I need to stop trusting in people, and start trusting in God bringing the right people.
