To give us an on-the-ground perspective from court, Amy Maciver speaks to Nthuthuzelo Nene, reporter at EWN, who was present at today’s proceedings. The case, which has already seen multiple postponements due to outstanding court papers, focuses on CODETA’s plea for the reversal of the Western Cape Mobility Department’s decision and highlights the ongoing feud with rival association CATA, which continues to complicate the matter.
