Our inaugural conversation with Dr. Claire Muselman about compassion in the workers' compensation industry and how her own personal journey has shaped how she approaches the field, with some insight on how future generations will understand (and utilize) empathy in the workplace. In addition, we talk about the various emotions felt by injured workers and how to better approach those emotions in an effort to help the healing process.
