Day 6 of #NaPodPoMo is upon us!

and

....Welcome back to the #2NDWAVE of the #CREATIVES series....

Ten guests, ten interviews, ten different people to learn from!

On this episode, i spoke to Cendrine Marrouat - photographer, author, and poet originally from France, currently living in Winnipeg! She's also created her own form of poetry called sixku (pronounced SIS-KOO), which gets explained in great detail!

Cendrine and I talked about the creative process,  why real storytelling is in nature,  why Winnipeg and Hawaii are special places, how a good haiku forces people to read between the lines, the importance of listening to one's gut, why challenging oneself artistically is the way to go,  and why we shouldn't be scared of poetry..

Come for the information, stay to hear me flex my junior year in HS French class inflection on my guest's name!

Winnipeg, represent!
