Today Dr. Allen chats With Ryan Murdock, CEO of Elevate Commercial Investment Group and owner of JNT Construction. He is a seasoned real estate investor with over 14 years of experience. He is currently an Active & Passive Full- Time Multifamily Real Estate Investor having 1,720 Doors on the General Partner side and over 1,400+ doors on the Limited Partner side. He is based out of Dallas & currently owns properties throughout Texas & Oklahoma but open to other areas as well.
Jorge always wanted to follow his passion for being a real estate investor. To follow his dream he left the corporate job and started his career in real estate investment initially with single-family homes and gradually started in multifamily apartments. His goal is to reach 10,000 doors by the end of 2021 by creating strategic partnerships & implementing the proper systems for scalability
