Vinod Dutta runs an academy for candidates where he trains them for the entrance to armed forces. Most of them come from humble background and receive a wholesale education, enabling a 360-degree change in their perspective towards life and nation. He is also known for planning war strategies and operations, commanded units, held prestigious staff & instructional assignments in India and abroad.
