In the film, Dr. Tristian MacKenzie begins her orientation at the Silverdale Psychiatric Hospital for the criminally insane. There, she encounters Dr. Moon, a mysterious figure who unveils a series of peculiar cases involving five patients and their common delusion: THE BOOGEYMAN.
