In this 19 minute chat, we discuss the question: is power worth the cost. We look at how power is integrated in society and our daily lives as well as explore the different types of power and which one is most powerful. I answer that question myself and draw from Kurt Vonnegut’s novel, Slaughterhouse Five, as well as a World Physchiatry article to get some different perspectives.
