The level of state violence they have endured at the hands of police has not been seen since the Vietnam Backlash. In this Episode we discuss the Imperial Boomerang, or the thesis that governments that develop repressive techniques to control colonial territories will eventually deploy those same techniques domestically against their own citizens.
