Candice is the CEO and Managing Attorney of Shepard Law, PLLC, a law firm in the Charlotte, NC Metro area serving multiple counties in two locations. The firm’s revenue and client base has doubled and tripled year-over-year by prioritizing the service philosophy at the forefront of the business model, and seeking out a unified team who have the same mindset.

Candice is also the Founder and the President of the Board of Directors of Tribe 14:18 Ministries, a nonprofit being brought to fruition out of the desire of Candice and some of the most amazing Mamas on the planet who seek to care for orphans and the families who love them. Finally, Candice is a certified Canfield Success Principles Trainer and international speaker with The Athena Tribe. Candice seeks to empower others in all aspects of life and her diverse endeavors are driven by that desire.

Candice wears many other hats as well, and loves them all. Jesus-lover, mother, sister, daughter, orphan advocate, animal rescuer, and friend are her favorites. She also proudly wears the hats of attorney, entrepreneur, thought leader, influencer, mentor, speaker, author, and servant leader.
