Housing development coming to Peterborough isn’t considering the need for affordable housing, says Charmaine Magumbe, and that could be problematic for those with low-income seeking a home.

Magumbe is running for council in the Oct. 22 municipal election in Monaghan Ward, and talked on the Peterpodcast about what she would like to see happen over the next term of council.
