Many of us today like to take pride in our sun sign and elect to identify with it. It's important, however, that we strive not to do that. Instead of using our sign to justify our actions and use it as an excuse for our behavior we should learn from it and evolve with it. Ultimately, we have all of the signs in our natal chart and it's an opportunity given to us to study ourselves with a more profound, intimate and esoteric self-reflection. Capricorn is certainly a sign that deals with transformation under hardships. Being depicted as a mountain goat and/or sea goat it symbolizes the ability to face and push through the challenges of our physical limitations by continuing to climb to the top, rather than escaping them.
