This event allowed Cardinals players, staff, and cheerleaders to witness military aviation operations firsthand, fostering a deeper connection with the armed forces.Several Cardinals players, including Trey McBride, Elijah Higgins, Evan Brown, Owen Pappoe, and B.J. Ojulari, participated in the event. Both McBride and Higgins have strong military ties, with their families serving in the Navy and Air Force, respectively. Theyve also used their My Cause My Cleats initiative to raise awareness for military causes.During the flight, the group observed an in-air refueling operation, which McBride described as an impressive display of skill and precision. The event also included families from the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors, members of the Pat Tillman Foundation, Cox Charities, and Folds of Honor, further broadening the community outreach.Colonel Jessica Hastings emphasized the importance of this partnership, highlighting its role in connecting with the community and showcasing the impact of both organizations.
