First up Richard Archbold discusses what it’s like working as an engineer in Top Tech Companies.
Richard is the VP of Business Systems at Intercom where he leads the Ops, Infrastructure & Product engineering teams focusing on security, trust/privacy, risk, availability, scalability, cost, and deliverability matters.
Prior to Intercom, Rich worked in Product Engineering at Facebook and Systems Engineering at Amazon Web Services.
