On Season 1 Episode 5 of Little Warriors, host Rebecca talks to Playball Ireland's Carl de Chenu. Carl played professional rugby in the UK for years and when he returned home to Ireland he became part of the Playball franchise. Playball is multi-sport business bringing expert coaches to schools around Ireland where they learn the necessary sports skills. Carl talks to Rebecca about how important sport is for children, how movement is key, how our school model is not fit for purpose for children's physical health due to the sedentary nature of a school system and the positive effects of sport and our little ones.
