We are grateful to have Carmen Smith on the podcast today. In this episode Carmen will share the moment she knew that she would test positive for the cancer genes putting her at increased risk for breast cancer and the decisions she faced after receiving her results.

Carmen is also the cohost with her dear friend Stephanie Kennedy of the Stand In Me Podcast dedicated to creating a movement of women taking their power back, moving towards living their purpose even if that means not fitting in to a specific role or stereotype but finding their own right fit.
