Carrboro Mayor Pro Tem Danny Nowell spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Friday, November 14, filling in for Mayor Barbara Foushee. He discussed the most recent Town Council meeting, which saw discussion of the town’s Unified Development Ordinance, which dovetailed into a discussion of the downtown area plan. He also talked about leaf collection, which is delayed indefinitely due to some equipment issues with the leaf collection trucks, and more.
