Priscila Certuche le escribe al Sr. Santiago Segovia para compartir una inquietante experiencia que ha vivido recientemente en la juguetería de sus padres, en la que trabaja. Todo comenzó cuando recibieron una muñeca, que rápidamente empezó a generar extraños y perturbadores sucesos. A medida que los eventos paranormales aumentaban, Priscila, junto a su amigo Francisco, intentaron buscar soluciones, recurriendo incluso a un sacerdote. A pesar de sus esfuerzos, la situación siguió causando temor e incertidumbre.
