In this episode I talk about cascading failure. What is a cascading failure? It is a failure in a system of interconnected parts where the failure of one-part leads to the failure of other parts and grows progressively until a catastrophic event occurs. Unfortunately, I learned about them because I experienced one while parking my camper recently. While no one was hurt it did provide some opportunity to learn, or relearn some leadership lessons.

Here is a link to episode 9 of Despite the Limits – Drivers Drive where I originally discussed the fallacy of multitasking.
