This was interesting as there were so many viable suspects but clearly not enough evidence to convict any one of them. The foster parents are absolute trash and should never be allowed to foster or adopt children again.
Very disappointed, absolutely hate unresolved cases. all the anticipation and nothing
i would really appreciate if you could somehow tag unsolved cases. some of us can't emotionally handle the lack of resolution.
