A ceasefire between Israel and the Lebanese armed group Hezbollah is holding after both sides accepted an agreement brokered by the US and France in a rare victory for diplomacy in the Middle East. UNICEF's Deputy Representative in Lebanon Ettie Higgins who is in Beirut spoke to Sarah.
