This is the story of Celeste and Teddi.

 At age 46 after 12 years of IVF Celeste became pregnant.

At 21 weeks Celeste was admitted to hospital and diagnosed with preeclampsia. At 24 weeks and 3 days the preeclampsia had reached a point where it was unsafe to continue the pregnancy, Celeste had an emergency caesarean section.

Teddi was born on 24th march at 24 weeks and 3 days, weighing 422g, he was severely premature resulting in many health complications for him to battle.

Teddi is a brave warrior. Teddi was in NICU for 110 days. He was moved to palliative care and passed away on his due date in Celestes arms, with family and friends.
