This weeks episode is all about sleep. Sleep is crucial. And for those of us who struggle with anxiety around sleep and insomnia, sleep is as precious as gold. 
I want to share my story of how I've struggled with sleep throughout my life and how I've learned to cope with a true lack of rest, and how I've learned to maximize it. While I'm not a specialist, I've been around the block enough to know a little bit about how challenging this can be for some.
Maybe you don't struggle to get a good night's rest. That's amazing! I would still encourage you to listen anyway. There is some info on dealing with anxiety and how to create a good night time routine for yourself.
