Description
In this episode, I reiterate how important it is that we change the narrative about women's menstruation. I sit down with my daughter and point out that we have an excellent opportunity to move the next generation away from harmful stereotypes and approach the conversation from a place of age-appropriate education and thoughtfulness. And this goes for the boys as well as the girls!
