          Melissa Blevins is a missing adult from Portsmouth, Ohio. Melissa was last seen on February 21, 2010. She was 30 years old at the time of her disappearance and would be 40 years old today. Melissa is a white female that is approximately 5’3” and 140 lbs. with red hair and blue eyes.
