Today's guest is no stranger to the podcast. 4 years ago Joshua Leonard ( who is a character designer) came on the podcast and spoke about his journey. Joshua has worked with/for many studios, Netflix, Disney, Illumination Entertainment, etc. Since our last talk, Joshua now works full time for Lion Forge Animation and just a few hours a week at Home Depot.
