Tell me if this has ever happened to you before:
You have a client read and sign your cancelation policy, they schedule an appointment and then don't show up or cancel within the cancelation period (let's say they cancel 10 hours before their appointment).
You notify them that their will be a cancelation fee (because they breached your policy). You tell them the fee and then…they aren't happy.
They give you pushback on your policy, now what do you do?
