We need to be able to be self-aware enough to know that we are lying to ourselves to other people, and if we cannot live a life with pure intentions Taking the religious nature out of that statement and understanding that if your intentions are what you intend to do, why are you speaking them out loud?! We live in such a deceitful society, how are we supposed to discern real from fake? You can’t face your intentions, so why are you even trying?
