I was in awe of this young woman when I chatted to her about battling chronic illnesses such as Fibromyalgia, Pernicious Anaemia and Myalgicencephalomyelitis. I cant even pronounce them!

It is an amazing story of how she fought to get diagnosed and now wants to encourage those of you with allergies and painful illnesses to not give up but pursue the NHS until they help you.

Her instagram page has given Nic a platform to talk openly about her daily struggle and raise awareness to help others. She is happy to take messages and encourage anyone who is struggling with these chronic conditions.

Not everyone puts something physical in my Goody Bag.  Nic wanted the opportunity to tell her story, which would then give others the courage to talk about their own pain and suffering, knowing that someone understands and will try to help.
