Approximately 5000 people from around the region and beyond converged on Auburn’s Frenchfest this month. It’s the second time it’s been run, a biennial event bringing the beautiful village of Auburn to life to celebrate all things French.
Auburn is an historic town, known as the gateway to the Clare Valley and the home to CJ Dennis… but why is there a Frenchfest in Auburn, as its origins are not French.
