Welcome back to another Class Chat. In this episode Will catches up with Gavin Tiernan who is an Elite Irish Amateur golfer and most recently represented GB&I in the Walker Cup in Cypress Point. Currently studying in East Tennessee University in the US this is a lovely chat which brings us from Gavin being a young 28 handicap all the way through to leading the East of Ireland Championship in 2025 in his home club of County Louth, to being selected to represent Ireland in the Home Internationals and also the European Championships which were held in Killarney. Add in being selected to represent GB&I in the St Andrews Trophy and this great guy has had a 2025 to remember. What does the future hold? Professional? Walker Cup 2026 in Lahinch?
