When I spoke to Aish she was coming to the end of her FY1 year and she is a force to be reckoned with! Spending her free time in medical school weightlifting and entering competitions, you can tell she's a tough cookie to crack. She imparted to me the importance of staying strong: by recognising the signs of burnout in yourself and knowing when to take time out.
