Clem founded Glynn & Finley, LLP in 1991, following an 18-year career at what was then Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro. He’s tried more than 50 jury trials in state and federal courts in California, Florida, South Carolina, Colorado, and Hawaii. He has represented clients in everything from product liability, toxic torts, employment, commercial disputes, business torts, real estate, intellectual property, oil and gas, to eminent domain. He’s been inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers and American Board of Trial Advocates.
