It’s good news for the climate since East Hants District Council moved their location to Monterey House.
From June 2024 to July 2025 has saved a total of 31.1 tonnes of CO2 equating to around £37,000 if energy had been brought from the grid.
EHDC are funding work placements for a six month period for East Hampshire businesses from any sector to take on new employees. To qualify businesses must offer new roles, not replace existing roles and not put existing employees at rise or a disadvantage.
A question that crops up over and over again. Should we recycle more. Many residents in East Hampshire think that we should all do more.
