Samir has been in the industry for many years starting out at Goodlife and then progressing over the years to his own business working for himself as a freelance trainer. Samir focuses greatly on training the general population and focuses on fitness and fat loss, using a combination of habit and lifestyle modifications and macro tracking/calorie counting approaches. In this podcast we talk about how things for fatness really arent super complex however there are many different ways to accomplish this goal. Some being not very optimal for the client.
