Michael Long is a U.S. Coast Guard Veteran - Were he served from March 2000 - September 2005.
Immediately rolling into Mike's energy in the interview he discusses hardships from a young age, sea stories involving a 13-Ton Cocaine drug bust and much more.
Mike likes to lift heavy, and discusses how he balances life's stressors by entering a first time Powerlifting competition and DOMINATING a state record for his age group.
As we go into discussing Mike's forced medical retirement from his service, we learn important factors in the VA Compensation realm as him and Josh discuss further.
