Can a spirit or a ghost predict the weather? ?? Do you think that's even possible? No? Well ask any long time resident of Pawley's Island SC about the Gray man and they will tell you this is not only possible, but HAS happened in the past. Pawley's Island is not only a town, but a barrier island on the South Carolina Coastline, that is just 4 miles long, and a bout a house width wide. The island is located just South of Murrells Inlet and Myrtle Beach. Local residents that live on that low country beach town know that when "they see the ghost its time to leave the coast" But why is that?
