I just got back from the best festival they've got — Lunar New Year — and I'm sharing all the reasons why you can't snooze on this one. From a big ol' fish to the first-ever appearance of characters from Turning Red, there's so much to see and do at this one. (and that's not even counting the good WEATHER!)
